The Royal Burgh of Lauder Golf Club 2011

The Royal Burgh of Lauder Golf Course is situated in the Scottish Borders. We are located just outside the town of Lauder about 26 miles south of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland.

We are one of the very few nine holes golf courses left in the
Scottish Borders, situated on gently sloping parkland providing
a real challenge to your game of golf combined with stunning views
of the Lauderdale District.

As part of the “Freedom of the Fairways” operated by the Tourist Board
where you can play several participating courses in the Scottish Borders

We have a very active membership which is drawn from all parts of the
Borders and Edinburgh area

We are here


From the North: Head south on the A68 to Jedburgh. When in
Lauder travel through the main street passed the war memorial on the
right. Ahead, the road divides at the Town Hall. Take the right fork,
then turn right again on the road to Galashiels. Keep on this road, passed the cemetery on the right, the golf course is next on the right.

From the South: Head north on the A68 to Edinburgh. As you come
into Lauder the golf course is signposted to the left. Take the next
turning to the left signposted Galashiels. Pass the cemetery to the
right, the golf course is next on the right.
